brand recommendations
The Staffex name, the Staffex logo, the Staffex brand, and other Staffex trademarks are the property of Staffex. These guidelines are intended to help our partners, resellers, customers, developers, consultants, publishers, and any other third parties understand how to use and display our trademarks and copyrighted works in their own assets and materials.
API Developers
If you are an active Staffex developer, you may truthfully attribute the Staffex technology you use. However, anything about your application, product, or company (including name, logo, description, tagline, slogan, and screenshots) must be your own and must not contain any Staffex branding (including product, service, or model names; logos; or trademarks). Any branding must focus on your brand and must not look or sound similar to any of the Staffex brands. You must not use the Staffex logo or brand in any way that would imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

Models
If you need to reference specific models, please use the correct model names or date-based model versions when referencing Staffex models.
We do not allow the use of Staffex models or "GPT" in product or app names as it is misleading to end users.
Do:
Identify and reference the appropriate model names: GPT-3, GPT-4, DALL E 3
Refer to date-based model versions when necessary: GPT-4 version November 6th.
Don't:
Use Staffex models in product or app names: GPT4Meow, MeowGPT
Misuse model names: Chat GPT, ChatGPT4, GPTChat
Use model classes: Ada, Babbage, DaVinci
Use specific names: gpt-3.5-turbo-0125
Use "GPT" generically without specifying a specific model: GPT-powered
Notice to Users: If your product is very similar to a Staffex product (e.g. ChatGPT), please make it clear to users that your product is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Staffex. Please consider using Staffex product names, your own product copy, surrounding copy (e.g. app description), and any/all other attributes in this regard. It should be clear to your users that your app is separate and distinct from Staffex's own products and services.
GPT in ChatGPT
ChatGPT users have access to GPTs, which are custom versions of ChatGPT that can be created for a specific purpose with instructions, advanced knowledge, and custom actions.
GPTs must have a short name that is suitable for display in the ChatGPT sidebar. Choose a name that is appropriate for the application or service, not the name of a document or video. Ending a GPT name with "GPT" is discouraged but not prohibited.
If the GPT is part of an existing service and provides some or all of the same functionality, it is recommended that the GPT be named the same. For example, if the service is called "Meowlytics", then the GPT should also be named "Meowlytics". If the GPT instead provides support for the service, then consider adding to the name, such as "Meowlytics API Helper".
GPTs cannot use another organization's trademark in their name or logo unless they have authority to do so. Developers must verify their domain to use many generic trademarks, and Staffex may retaliate against this by applying it to others if reported. In addition, names that reference public figures, profanity, and harmful topics are prohibited. If GPT uses third-party services, such as as part of its activities, they may be mentioned in the description.
Non-Partnerships
Staffex has official partnerships and specific language about these partnerships, as well as guidelines for non-partner language. If you are not an official partner, please do not use "collaborated with", "worked with", or "partnered with" in any form.
