Additionally, if you provide an account using an email address from a private employer or other organization, we may share the fact that you are registered for your account and additional information about it, such as your email address, with the private employer or organization, for example so that you can be added to their business account.

You share information: Some features allow you to interact or share information with other users or third parties. 4. Retention

Please note accuracy: Services like ChatGPT generate responses by reading user queries and predicting the words that are likely to appear in response. In some cases, which tend to occur, simple patterns may be applied based on actual views. For this reason, you should not rely on the factual accuracy of the results obtained by our models. If you notice that a ChatGPT response contains materially inaccurate information about you and you would like us to correct the inaccuracy or delete the information, you may submit a request via Privacy.Staffex.com (opens in a new window) or dsar@Staffex.com and we will review your request taking into account applicable laws and the technical capabilities of our models.

Staffex processes your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy on servers located in various jurisdictions, including processing and storing personal data on our servers and servers in the United States. Verification. If you do not have an account with us, or if we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity, we may ask you to enter additional Personal Data to verify the activity. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to confirm your request.
